A Tale of Witchcraft... (A Tale of Magic... (2))

A Tale of Witchcraft... (A Tale of Magic... (2))

By Chris Colfer

Ok this one is so great! So many twists and turns and unexpected betrayal, and Brystal even is KILLED by her CRUSH, makes a deal with DEATH, AND IS FRAMED FOR MURDER, and COMES BACK TO LIFE, and fights an army of DEAD SOLDIERS, and it’s like the most eventful book ever. And Lucy goes to join a school of witchcraft with Pip, and she turns her hair into feathers! Tell me this doesn’t sound like the best book ever? I love how the story plays out! It’s so eventful, it’s like a rollercoaster of words! Love this book, don’t know what I’d do without it.

The author of this book is tom anglebeager & this book has 413 pgs. and the summary of my opinion is : Luke wantet to save han solo and he did but the dark emporrer startet to attack so Luke went to yoda's "house" to finnish his training thn yoda sadly(don't read if you love yoda)died of the oldest age I have ever heard of (or seen...eLLeGh!) so Luke went to fight his dad and he defeated the dark emporrer & won for the rebels & the galaxy was free again. I like this book because it is realy exiting all the time when you read it and it looks realy long when you look at it but it has the shortest seventy four chapters ever!!! Making Friends

Making Friends

By Kristen Gudsnuk

Dani has always been unpopular so when she finds an old, dusty notebook. She draws her favorite character which is from a movie. Dani doesn’t realize that the notebook is magic and the character comes alive from the page! After understanding the notebook’s magic, Dani draws a girl that will be her best friend and make her popular. But they get into a fight and now things are worse off then ever! How will Dani ever be able to fix things? I would recommend their for ages 11+ this book is sort of weird and fantasy ish so if you don’t like fantasy I wouldn’t recommend this. It was still really good and the characters were really fun. Not the best book but still good.

The Tombs of Atuan (Earthsea Cycle)

The Tombs of Atuan (Earthsea Cycle)

By Ursula K. Le Guin

For as long as she can remember, Arha has been the High Priestess of the Nameless Ones, the ancient and powerful beings who have existed since the beginning of time. She lives in the Place of the Tombs, a remote place with temples to the Nameless Ones, along with the Godking, the ruler of the Kargad Lands. Since she was picked as the Priestess, she is known only as Arha, the Eaten One in the Kargish language. Under the Place of Tombs is a massive maze of corridors, the Labyrinth, which protects the Tomb's most sacred treasures. One day, a stranger from the Inner Lands comes into the Labyrinth, seeking the Ring of Erreth Akbe, the Tomb's most valuable object. Arha's duty as the Priestess of the Nameless Ones is to sacrifice the man, who says his name is Sparrowhawk, but he is a mage and brings tales of life beyond the desert. Will Arha kill Sparrowhawk or risk her life escaping the Nameless Ones? I really liked the author's writing style, and I recommend The Tombs of Atuan to anyone who enjoys reading fantasy stories.

When he forces them to wear the rings, the two children go into a magical place known as "The Wood Between the Worlds". They find out that by jumping into puddles, they can go into different worlds! In one puddle, they go into a place called Charn, where Digory awakens an evil queen called Queen Jadis, who wants to take over their worlds!😱So the two try to get her back into her world, but they end up in a strange place and see a LION! What will happen next? This book was pretty good, and it was funny! But it was sort of annoying when Digory said "Enough of this jaw." You should read this book if you like interesting books with talking animals.

Deadzone (Horizon, Book 2)

Deadzone (Horizon, Book 2)

By Jennifer A. Nielsen

Do you like adventure, suspense, and action? Then Horizon: Deadzone is for you. Quick background story: A plane heading to China unexpectedly crashes. There are no survivors except for 8 singled-out kids who find themselves in a hybrid, alien-like place where nothing makes sense. It's survival, and they must work together. Now, in Horizon: Deadzone we start as the now 7 kids (self-named Team Killbot) travel through a blazing hot, sandy desert where the sand will swallow you up if even one tiny drop of liquid falls onto the sand. Will the group of survivors get closer to finding a way out of this crazy place? Or will the treacherous sand get the best of them all? This book was a really exciting addition to the suspenseful Horizon series! I loved how the author was descriptive and she shaped the characters very well. I was hooked through all the twists and turns of Team Killbot and I can't wait for the next book to come out!!

The Raven Boys

The Raven Boys

By Maggie Stiefvater

I love this book so much. I stayed up all night reading it. I cant believe nobody else has read this book. It's a paranormal book with physics, and ghosts, and it's also a romance action novel novel. It's better than the Hunger Games. It's about a girl who is told by every physic she goes to that the first boy she kisses he's going to die. Then really weird things start happening. So read this book! It's better than the Hunger Games!
