Raina just wants to be a normal sixth grader. But one night after Girl Scouts she trips and falls, severely injuring her two front teeth. What follows is a long and frustrating journey with on-again, off-again braces, surgery, embarrassing headgear, and even a retainer with fake teeth attached. And on top of all that, there's still more to deal with: a major earthquake, boy confusion, and friends who turn out to be not so friendly.

This book is easy to read because it is in comic book format. I have read this book over and over and over again. This is a great book and I would definitely recommend this book to teens.
i love this book it was a great book

It too bloody and gross but it is funny.
well i recomend it as a kid celeberty i had to get eight teeth pulled out early of braces
Love it.... but Amara is so annoying, just like little sis! Reads it every time I go to get a manicure, but finds it impossible to hold it down!
I am kind of sensitive about teeth stuff... so i threw up at one part. But i was enjoying the book until then! if you are not sensitive like me then i recommend this book.
