Not so fabulous life by Rachel Renee Russell explains how Nikki goes through middle school. She wants a phone, but gets a diary. This girl named McKenzie bullies her. But she has 2 friends named Chloe and Zoe and they face middle school drama together. Nikki writes really funny diary entrees and I really love her humorous sayings and I sometimes use them.
I picked up one of these Dork Diaries Books and read the back. It sounded interesting so I decided to read it. I love this whole series and have bought all of the books.
Nikki wanted friends and a phone but this mean girl named McKenzie was being a jerk and she got a diary instead of a phone so, she stood up for herself and got 2 friends.

This is around my first time reading DORK DIARIES! I haven't read this one yet, but the other I read was cool. If that one was cool the others will probably be just as good. To me the writing looks exactly like DIARY OF A WIMPY KID! The pictures are different, but it's still written like if a kid wrote. In this case it's Niki's diary so it's like she actually wrote these words even though a grown up named Rachel R. Russell wrote it! I LOVE DORK DIARY! I recommend that you start reading Dork Diary I guarantee you'll get hooked!
